How do I contact Customer Service?
Click on "Contact Us" under the Support Tab to send an email to Customer Service. When logged into your account, you may also create a Support Ticket by clicking on “Create Ticket” and selecting an item from the dropdown list, entering a small description and then a more detailed description of the issue and clicking Submit Ticket. A list of open issues will be displayed if you are logged in by clicking List Support Tickets under the Support tab in the main menu or by using the View PREVIOUS Tickets feature when in your Account area. If we have questions we will update the ticket with our questions and you will receive an email letting you know you need to review your ticket.
