Either the truck is registered in Oregon or Illinois which do not provide information on trucks or no information about the truck was ever entered into the national database. You will be given the opportunity to purchase a comprehensive vehicle decoding for $1.99.  If you have already purchased a $24.95 Credit and do not have another VIN you wish to check, you may contact customer service to be reimbursed.
